Shop for Brigadeiros reserves the right to change images  to inquire about the problems found.  Shop for Brigadeiros does not accept claims for products that are out of date. If the complaint is justified, Shop for Brigadeiros will refund the amount or exchange the product for another product without additional costs of freight for the customer.

We use DPD delivery service  for our shipments. If you order before 15:00, the package will be sent the next day with DPD. DPD tries but cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The customer is responsible for being available for delivery by DPD.

Please note that no orders are shipped on Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
