If the complaint is justified, Shop for Brigadeiros will refund the amount or exchange the product for another product without additional costs of freight for the customer.

We use DPD delivery service for our shipments. If you order before 3 p.m., the package will be sent the next day with DPD. DPD tries but cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The customer is responsible for being available for delivery by DPD.

Please note that no orders are shipped on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed on the weekend are shipped the following Monday.
